I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, spacious, and had a charming outdoor setup overlooking the lake, which was beautiful and well-equipped. However, the room size was too small for my liking and the reception staff were a bit rude. The service, on the other hand, was incredibly helpful, especially the front desk and porters who were excellently trained, friendly, and charming. The location was exceptional, with high-quality facilities and beautiful views of Lake Como, making it a spectacular experience. Unfortunately, the dining was very expensive for what you get, with a limited menu selection.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful but needed a bit more lighting and maybe a luggage rack to save some space. The service from the staff was impeccable, all wonderfully friendly, efficient, and polite with great English-speaking skills. The location overlooking the lake was breathtaking, and the passionate chef at the fantastic restaurant made dining a delight, although a bit on the pricey side.
